Case study: Sleep apnoea leading to snoring and poor quality sleep
Richard suffered from Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA). He didn’t like using the Continuous Positive Airway Pressure Machine (CPAP) and was referred by a respiratory physician to see if a Mandibular Advancement Device (MAD) would work.
He was over the moon with the results and shared these screenshots of his Snore Lab readings before and after using the Somnowell. The results which show a dramatic reduction in the noise of his snoring - going from being epic (110), prior to Somnowell, to quiet/light (3), post Somnowell.

Problem:
Richard’s sleep apnoea was waking him up 30 times a night and his snoring was impacting both his and his wife’s sleep. He felt tired all the time and was often grumpy; it was only in hindsight that he realized just how poorly he had been sleeping.
Solution:
Richard was recommended a Somnowell which he believes has transformed his life. Now that he and his wife sleep right the way through the night, Richard has much more energy. He appreciates that the Somnowell is comfortable and non-intrusive and he likes that it can’t be seen from the front.
