Why is my Sleep Pattern Changing as I Age?

elderSleep quality tends to decreases as people age. The causes of the decline have been attributed to normal body changes as well as poor habits, disease and medication. 

But far from the above reasons, sleep disorders are a different case altogether and warrant a visit to the doctor. Snoring, paused breathing during sleep, morning headaches, sleepiness during the day and loss of memory are all signs of sleep disorders and should be addressed by a doctor.
