iphoneA new feature called Night Shift by Apple is good news to help iPhone users get a good night’s sleep. The feature ensures the amount of blue light emitted from the iPhone screen is reduced when the sun goes down.

Blue light makes people feel restless and disturbs sleep. Therefore, less blue light implies that iPhone users can fall asleep easier and enjoy restful sleep. However, sleep experts recommend using the Night Shift feature sparingly, especially close to bedtime.
