Sensitive teeth are usually a very painful and frustrating problem especially when teeth come into contact with hot, cold, and sweet substances. There are many different causes of teeth sensitivities either by chipping on the enamel and exposing the inner sensitive pulp tissue or through gum recession which exposes the root of the tooth. Teeth grinding destroys enamel and causes sensitivity over time.
