Study May Help With Chronic Insomnia

A new study by researchers from Johns Hopkins University reveals that a part of the brain that controls movement is more active and more adaptable to change in chronic insomniacs than in people who sleep normally. Insomniacs are in a constant state of heightened information processing that may interfere with sleep.
