Sleeping Tablets Linked To Problems for Heart Patients

New research undertaken and eventually presented at the annual meeting of the European Society of Cardiology has found that patients who have sleep disordered breathing such as obstructive sleep apnoea or snoring are at risk of heart conditions. The use of sleeping tablets does not eliminate the problem and associated risk but has been found to precipitate heart disease.
