The lack of good quality sleep can be as a result of a number of problems. Some problems can be physical, other are related to menopause in women, yet changing sleep patterns also play a role. Lack of sleep can lead to other health problems that include; depression, high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease.
Sleep apnoea is a common sleep disorder that affects both men and women. Diet may lead to sleep problems. Big meals just before bed time make you uncomfortable. They will also lead to obesity another risk factor for sleep apnoea. Exercise is important for sleep since it will help you sleep better.
