Sleep Deprivation a Torture for New Parents

According to the Post and Antenatal Depression Association, sleep deprivation and maternal exhaustion can contribute to mothers developing postnatal depression or anxiety. Sleep remains the main reason parents seek out parenting centres. The mental health of exhausted mothers is often in poor shape, they may be socially isolated or struggling to raise their children.
