Sleep is important for good health. Poor sleep increases the risk of developing heart disease. Sleep disorders are the responsible for the interference with sleep quality and sleep quantity. The biggest problem comes about with undiagnosed and untreated sleep disorders which are linked to health problems such as congestive heart failure, stroke, hypertension, and arrhythmias.
