Late Bedtimes, Less Sleep Linked to Weight Gain in Healthy Adults (Pizzas too)

The study was undertaken at the Sleep and Chronobiology Laboratory at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania. Weight gain differences were seen between different races and different gender. According to the lead author of the study Andrea Spaeth, males gained more weight while African-Americans gained more weight than Caucasians.
