Lack of Sleep may be Linked to Depression

Depression can now be linked to the quality of sleep an individual is able to get. Research undertaken at the Wexner Medical Center explored the link between sleep apnoea and depression and further sought to know the effect of light on getting a good night’s rest.

According to Dr. Ulysses Magalang, 50% of sleep apnoea sufferers also suffer from depression. Concrete information on human beings is yet to be correlated to the research results which were seen in mice.
