How to Sleep Better: The 3 Ways to Improve Your Sleep

There are three levers of sleep aimed at improving the quality of sleep and the performance of an individual during the day. These levers of sleep are: intensity, duration, and timing.

Intensity of sleep will often imply how well we sleep through the different stages of sleep. The timing of sleep should be in such a way that it is in line with the circadian rhythm. Timing means that you get to bed at the same time every day. The duration of sleep should be commensurate with activity of both the body and the mind. Duration of sleep will impact on growth and recovery of the body.
