bedroomThe bedroom should provide a calming feeling that will enhance sleep and relaxation. Everything about the bedroom should be calming from the moment you walk into it. The decorations should be in cool and calming color schemes for both the walls and the décor.

Other measures to be taken are:

·         The removal of clutter from the bedroom will help clear the mind and promote relaxation.

·         Keeping the bedroom cool and quiet will ensure that you fall asleep without struggle.

·         Having subtle lighting or keeping the bedroom as dark as possible will promote sleep.

·         Lastly, pets should be kept away from the bedroom.
