The Guide to Perfect Sleep: Expert Tips for Those Elusive Eight Hours
Experts have recommended that the average person should get eight hours of quality sleep each night. The quality of sleep can be improved through setting the right mood before going to bed. Get rid of the light in the room, adapt to the proper posture to avoid back pain, and keep warm to improve on the quality of sleep at night.
Other ways of setting the right mood for the sleep is by eating dinner at least two hours before bed, avoid caffeine and other stimulants just before going to bed, keep the bedroom free of dust, mould and allergens, exercise long before bedtime, and lastly go to bed at about the same time to create a regular sleep pattern.
