According to Michael Breus PhD, author of ‘Good Night: The Sleep Doctor’s 4-Week Program to Better Sleep and Better Health’, there is an absolute perfect time to go to bed. There is a formula that can be used to find the magic hour for an individual. The perfect time is counting back 7.5 hours from waking up time. There needs to be consistency for the circadian system to adapt and work best.
