Diagnosing a Sleeping Disorder can Start at Home With new Service From Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital

Efforts are underway to come up with technology that will allow people to start detecting and diagnosing sleeping disorders from their own homes. It is a partnership between the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and Watermark Medical. Watermark medical will provide the in-home diagnostic technology which must be prescribed by a doctor. If sleep apnoea or another sleep disorder is indicated, then a comprehensive sleep study can be done.
