Child’s Poor Sleep Can Cause Difficult Behaviour

A study has revealed that children who snore or have sleep apnoea rarely get a good night’s sleep and will end up having trouble in their daily activities and interactions. The study was undertaken with children between the ages of 6 and 11 years who suffered from sleep disordered breathing. These children exhibited hyperactivity and attention problems, aggressiveness and other anti-social behavior.
