ATA, OOIDA Agree There Should Be No Short-cuts in Introducing Sleep Apnoea Testing Requirements
The American Trucking Association and the Owner Operator Independent Drivers Association support regulation by the US government to test and screen commercial truck drivers for sleep apnoea. The ATA and OOIDA believe that the normal and established regulatory process should be followed so that industry players, the medical community and even drivers can participate in the law making process.
