Failure to get a good night’s rest often causes irritability and bad mood, a fuzzy brain and many other symptoms. There are a number of steps that can be used to get adequate rest. First, you must be fully relaxed at the point of going to bed. Keep the room dark, switch off the computer or TV, avoiding eating just before bedtime, and avoid caffeine before going to bed.
