He has decided to take his life back by losing some weight from the 800 pounds that he currently weighs. Obesity is a cause of sleep apnoea and many other health problems. In fact, 1 in 5 deaths are related to excess weight.

With more than two thirds of American adults being obese or overweight, the problem is now a public health concern. Among interventions to address obesity is to enlighten the public to take up weight loss through healthy eating and exercise.
