8 Celebrities with Sleep Problems

celebrityAccording to the National Sleep Foundation, 60 percent of Americans between 13 to 64 years old experience sleep problems each night while 43 percent say they rarely or never get a good night's sleep on weeknights. Even celebrities suffer from sleep problems due to busy schedules.

Some celebrities such as:

·         Jimmy Kimmel have admitted to feeling tired for no reason.

·         Rihanna has taken to twitter to tell of her sleep problems. 

·         Shaquille O’Neal has snoring problems and will stop breathing in his sleep as noted by his girlfriend.

Sleep apnoea and insomnia are some of the major sleep problems. Individuals should seek treatment for their sleep problems and as soon as a problem is noted.
