5 Signs That You Might Have Sleep Apnoea
Poor sleep is both detrimental to your health and to your performance during the day. Sleep apnoea is the cause of fragmented sleep for approximately 25 million n adults in the U.S.
The signs of sleep apnoea to look out for are:
a. Lack of energy and daytime sleepiness
b. Loud and frequent snoring

Diagnosis of sleep apnoea is through a sleep study which calls for an overnight stay in a sleep lab or for a home test. Sleep apnoea is then treated through continuous positive airway pressure therapy (CPAP) and oral appliance therapy.
